Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Knocked Loose apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are free from any signs of wear or damage.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
